Nearby Assawoman Canal Boat Launch

Located less than 1/2 mile from the Ocean View Beach Club community entrance is the Guy Street Kayak and Paddleboard Boat Launch. This ramp provides immediate access to the 97 acre Assawoman Canal that that connects to the Indian River Bay on the north end and the Little Assawoman Bay to the south. Part of the Delaware State Parks, this gorgeous waterway stretches over 3 miles and also connects to the Bethany Beach Canal, which provides water access to the nearby Salt Ponds and Bethany Beach.
