As a homeowner, you’ll have access to an amazing clubhouse that serves as the heart of Ocean View Beach Club. Inside, you will find things for all to enjoy, such as our comforting library and billiards room.
Ocean View Beach Club also has a fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training machines, as well as easy access to a personal trainer. Our homeowners will also be able to join friends and neighbors in class-led instruction held in the multipurpose room. If you prefer exercising outside of the gym, our future trail network will be a great place for that!
In addition, the clubhouse will have a luxury spa, where homeowners can book the massage suite at their leisure or schedule an appointment with an expert masseuse.
