There is nothing that screams summer more than festivals. To some, Labor Day marks the end of summer and, consequently, the end of festivals. At K. This ever-anticipated celebration of the arts and the ocean takes place Saturday, September 12, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The best part: the festival is only a short two miles from your brand new Ocean View Beach Club home!

  1. Local Artists and Vendors – Statewide artists and vendors have been carefully selected to attend and showcase their beautiful works of art made from a variety of mediums. Find out where your favorite artists and booths will be located by referencing the event map.
  2. Farmer’s Market – “Held in the PNC parking lot from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., local farmers, bakers and candlestick makers will be selling their wares.”
  3. Wine Tasting – “Hosted by Sedona, the wine tasting will pair three reds and three white wines selected by Banks Wines & Spirits with delicious food created by Sedona’s chefs. Reserve your spot online and pick up at Sedona at the time of the event! Tickets for this tasting cost $20 and can be reserved by clicking the register button.”
  4. Silent Auction – “Presented by Mediacom Residential, and hosted on the bandstand from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., guests can come and bid on items donated by the artists in the show. ALL of the proceeds go to support the four local elementary school art programs.”
