Ocean View Beach Club, the closest new home community to Bethany Beach, Delaware, is celebrating the Grand Opening of its single family model homes with an event-filled Presidents Day weekend. In conjunction with the daily events, buyers will have the option to take advantage of the immense savings on quick delivery, Beach-Ready summer 2016 homes. All home designs feature expansive floor plans ranging from 3-6 bedrooms with 2 ½ – 4 ½ bathrooms and roughly 2,300 – 4,500 sq/ft of living space. Buyers can adjust the floor plan to use the flex space as a dining room, home office or an additional bedroom. The Dewey I, which features 2 stories / 3 bed / and 2 ½ bath starts at $399,900 and the largest Bethany II floor plan starts at $509,900 and consists of 2 stories / 4 bed / and 4 ½ baths (*Note: Base pricing does not include optional upgrades).
